Below is a collection of a few words about what our client's say about the Clear Company's products and resources
"Our recruitment led Clear Audit was extremely comprehensive examining every part of our recruitment process, not only examining written evidence but interviewing all Skanska stakeholders involved in the process (HR, Line Managers etc).
"The recommendations were both thorough and wide ranging, even down to looking at the written language we used and how that could potentially put off more diverse candidates.
"As a result of the recommendations we have redesigned our whole recruitment process starting from how we advertise, design of our job descriptions, shortlisting matrixes, interviewing guidelines and led us to establish a new ‘Inclusive Recruitment Workshop’ which we are currently rolling out across the business.
"If you are really serious about ensuring your recruitment approach embraces diversity and inclusion then putting your organisation through a Clear Audit is a great way to kick start this process."
Dan Forbes-Pepitone, former Talent & Capability Director, Skanska
"Personally I have had the pleasure of working with the Clear Company for some years and my most recent engagement with them at Lloyd's continues to be a hugely successful partnership.
"As with most organisations, creating an inclusive organisation comes with some cultural and capability challenges. We at Lloyd's engaged with Kate Headley and her team to review our HR processes and practices through the D&I lens.
"The outcome provided a great platform for Lloyd's to not only correct and create much improved processes, but also to up-skilling the business leaders and hiring communities in being much more inclusive in both their actions and their thinking. For example, you can no-longer participate in the hiring process at Lloyd's unless you have been accredited by attending the Inclusive Hiring workshops, designed and delivered by Kate and her team.
"The team at the Clear Company have a unique working style that de-mystifies the perceived perils associated with disabilities and create a greater confidence and awareness that genuinely allows people to feel a lot 'safer' when supporting current and future colleagues.
"I enjoy the trusted partnership with the Clear Company and look forward to continuing to grow and learn under their expertise and knowledge."
Paul Awcock, Head of Talent Sourcing, Lloyd's
"The Clear Assured programme has provided a distinct framework to help us identify and remove barriers for disabled people, educate our team and ultimately bring disability to the forefront of our collective mind-set. The self-assessment is then tested against the feedback provided by disabled people going through our recruitment programmes."
"As Chief Executive of Guidant Group, I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved. The training and development our people have undergone has served to not only improve our team’s knowledge and confidence surrounding disability, but also to facilitate a cultural shift in our organisation."
Melanie Forbes, Chief Executive, Guidant Group
"There is such a lot of useful knowledge within Clear Kit it's hard to pick just one, but I think for me the best aspect is the Research and Knowledge — it's so handy finding all this information in one place instead of having to search everywhere for it"
Jane Hatton, Director, Evenbreak
