The Clear Company was established in 2003 by Kate and Gareth Headley and successfully grew through work with clients such as Lloyd’s of London, Skanska, Ofcom, The Civil Service, The Co-op and DWF. All have taken significant steps on their inclusion journey, becoming leaders in their sectors around hiring and ongoing talent management.

In 2019 the Clear Company are the recognised leaders of inclusive recruitment and talent management insight, training and technology in the UK and now have a team of eight and a host of associates involved in the delivery of specialist services.
