Fiona Jackson, Associate Consultant has extensive experience of leading the inclusion agenda across the engineering and construction sectors.  With specific expertise in Inclusive Leadership and Gender she brings additional insight to this growing area of the business.

Team Clear are delighted that Abi Adamson has joined as an Associate Consultant. Abi brings extensive recruitment knowledge to the business having worked alongside Exec Teams and HR leaders to deliver excellence in recruitment processes. Abi is also an expert in the area of Racial Equality.

Tony McCaffery of Diversity Scotland continues his long term relationship with the Clear Company, dedicating time to delivering for the business growing client list as a key member of the Clear team, alongside the amazing work he continues to do through Diversity Scotland.

Anna Mäkinen joins the team as Head of Clear Assured and will lead the commercial development strategy of the HR software platform that is now widely recognized as the Inclusion Standard.
