In a significant step in their Diversity and Inclusion journey, leadership and senior executive search firm Hoggett Bowers has achieved Clear Assured Silver Standard. As part of their commitment to D&I, Hoggett Bowers began working alongside The Clear Company in 2010. In 2020, they embarked upon their accreditation journey and by the end of the year had achieved Bronze status. In part, Hoggett Bowers were able to achieve these accreditations so quickly because their D&I commitment was already embedded in their processes and focus.
