
As part of their commitment to D, E&I, Hoggett Bowers began working alongside The Clear Company in 2010. In 2020, they embarked upon their accreditation journey and by the end of the year had achieved Bronze status. In part, Hoggett Bowers were able to achieve these accreditations so quickly because their D, E&I commitment was already embedded in their processes and focus.
In achieving Silver, Hoggett Bowers has demonstrated their belief that every healthy business or organisation should be diverse and inclusive by definition – and that these twin imperatives must always be integral to the executive search and senior appointment process.
