In achieving Gold, Jacobs have evidenced great ED&I practice across the employee lifecycle. Especially around developing more inclusive job descriptions, extensive work with employee network groups, and developing robust global policies amongst a significant range of Clear Assured actions. Overall, these activities are helping progress Jacobs towards their vision of creating an inclusive environment where people feel welcomed.
