The Lloyd’s Corporation have continued their outstanding Clear Assured progress by achieving Gold Standard accreditation for Diversity and Inclusion (D&I). The Gold Standard is awarded to organisations that can provide evidence of fully integrating Diversity and Inclusion into everything it does, with all policies and practices reflecting and reinforcing its strategy.

In achieving Gold, Lloyd’s have evidenced thought leadership by reviewing their reasonable adjustments policy, training their line managers on performance management, implementing an approach to positive action, creating a transparent approach to identifying talent, educating employees on the difference between race, ethnicity, and nationality, and taking part in neurodiversity events.
