In achieving Gold, PSD Group have  evidenced great ED&I practice across the employee lifecycle. PSD group reviewed their job descriptions for barriers, trained their line managers on flexible working, created a job analysis framework, a multi-faith prayer room and facilities for breast feeding employees. Overall, these activities are helping progress PSD Group towards their vision of creating an inclusive environment where people feel welcomed.
