Latest progress updates show that Clear Assured users have made demonstrable progress on their inclusion journeys so far this year.  The assessments, which take place quarterly, have shown how regular use helps build a logical consistent process that embeds inclusion across the organisation.  As well as the more visible change to processes and evidence of new activities Clear Assured users also report noticeable changes to behaviour, a combination which leads to wholesale culture change.

The results were achieved across many different sectors showing that Clear Assured can support all different types and sizes of business, not only individually but in supply chains and markets as well.  Altogether 30% of accounts achieved foundation level with PageGroup, HS2 and Travelers showing significant progress and moving to Bronze status.  However special mention is reserved for Guidant Global, who celebrate becoming the first business to achieve Silver Status – a significant milestone that indicates a core philosophy of inclusion across the business.

Following the status update Managing Consultant and Clear Assured Lead Jen Davidson commented “Although it provides direction and support for busy HR and D&I teams Clear Assured is not a quick win, each level has been deliberately designed to stretch teams and embed sustainable processes.  Progression reflects a determination to instigate change and challenge current thinking and those who achieve each level should be proud of themselves and confident they are becoming leaders in their markets and sectors.”
