DWF achieve Clear Assured Silver standard.
In a significant advance on its D&I journey, global legal business DWF has reached Clear Assured Silver Standard. The achievement reflects their commitment to continuously improve and create an inclusive experience for all employees embedded not only into day to day operations but owned at a strategic level with long term objectives and measurement in place.
Through their progress with the Inclusion Standard DWF have demonstrated a holistic approach to inclusion, setting a high standard not only within the organisation, but by requiring their PSL to reflect this and adopt a D&I Standard. While DWF do not mandate a particular Standard there is value in consistent activity and measurement.
This successful approach to removing barriers to the recruitment and retention of diverse talent has resulted in Search Consultancy recently adopting Clear Assured, a significant and exciting step forward in creating change and challenging current thinking within the sector.
Clear Assured, the global Diversity and Inclusion Standard is an accessible online platform that provides organisations with the D&I expertise and direction needed to support their appetite for fundamental culture change.
